Meet the Team

  • Michael McShea

    Co-Founder & Chairman

    Mike leads the state and local government practice for a global commercial real estate company. Overseeing a team of 25 professionals across the U.S., Mike provides strategic planning and real estate services for governments and education institutions nationwide and represents municipalities for a variety of public private partnerships and mixed-use developments. He includes among his clients the State of New York, Florida, Maryland and municipal governments such as Los Angeles County, Miami, and many others.

  • Lee Ann Korst

    Co-Founder & Partner

    Lee Ann served the State of Florida as its Director of Real Estate and was responsible for nearly 18 million square feet of private sector leased and state-owned property. She became Deputy Secretary at the Department of Management Services and Deputy Executive Director at the Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles. Lee Ann joined a global real estate firm in March 2011 with responsibility for the SE Region government practice where she includes among her clients the State of Florida, Cities of Miami, Jacksonville, Fort Myers and others.

  • Robert Hosay

    Co-Founder & Partner

    Robert Hosay is a partner at a national law firm chairing the firm’s State and Local Government Solutions Practice nationally. Robert guides clients through the complexities of government and business interactions. Robert provides counsel to clients engaged in government business dealings or navigating regulatory challenges. His work is particularly focused on government operations, procurement, and compliance. Previously, Robert served as Secretary of the Florida Department of Management Services (DMS) under Governor Jeb Bush. During his tenure, he oversaw critical aspects of state government operations, including procurement policies and procedures, real estate asset management, building construction, and fleet management, among other responsibilities. Notably, he played a pivotal role in developing and modernizing state procurement policies as the Director of State Purchasing.

  • Ryan McShea

    Partner, Acquisitions & Capital Markets

    Ryan McShea founded a commercial real estate advisory firm focusing on arranging institutional equity for middle market real estate transactions across the United States. Prior, Ryan served as a Senior Director of Equity Placements at a Los Angeles capital markets brokerage and in Equity Originations at a New York firm that originated over $1 billion in equity placement assignments. Beginning his career with Patriot Realty Advisors, Ryan joined the Sponsor team sourcing acquisition opportunities centered around property leased to Federal, State, and Local government agencies. Ryan earned a Master’s Degree of Real Estate with a specialization in Finance from Georgetown University and an undergraduate degree in Business Administration from the University of Baltimore.

  • Sean Treglia

    General Counsel

    Sean has over 20 years in commercial real estate and 30 years in public sector law. He worked at a prestigious commercial real estate firm as chief compliance officer, government contracts and compliance counsel, and senior counsel for risk management, conflicts of interest, political law, and legislative lobbying. His real estate experience includes multifaceted transactions like acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, facilities management, construction management, design, valuation, consulting, public/private partnerships, large-scale mixed-use development, land-use, eminent domain, capital structures, lender and debt agreements, and municipal bonds. He worked on numerous government contracts at the federal, state, and local levels in the US and internationally. Early in his career, he focused on organizational ethics and compliance, working for elected leaders at the federal, state and local level and served a 5-year term as commissioner and President of the Los Angeles City Ethics Commission. He holds two degrees from UCLA: a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and a Juris Doctor, with substantial coursework for an LL.M. in Taxation.
